LaLoo's Goat Milk ice cream

The mint tasted too sharply of goat’s milk for my taste. A good alternative for the lactose- intolerant among us. I have raised a little over $1000, or about 20% of my $5000 goal for my 2009 European Chocolate Trip fund. Stops on the trip include Perugia (Eurochocolate), Paris (Salon du Chocolat Professionel), Barcelona (the Chocolate Capital of Spain), and London (a recent hotbed of chocolate activity).
